Observational decentralized study collecting continuous physiological signals from a multi-sensor wearable alongside electronic patient-reported seizure events and medication adherence, with structured periodic assessments delivered through the Vitruvian Shield ePRO module and clinician-side review of episodes on the platform dashboard.
