Portuguese research and innovation institute in Coimbra, and the framework provider for the IPN healthproof Develop, Validate, Comply assessment under which the platform completed its independent clinical KOL validation in May 2026. IPN also operates the TEF-Health testbed for Vitruvian Shield through TB4Health.

One of Portugal's largest public health units, headquartered in Lisbon. Clinical Academic Centre of Braga, a partnership between the University of Minho, ULS de Braga and CUF-Porto. Site of the PT-EPI-DCT-002 decentralized clinical study in adult epilepsy, and a prospective lead of a large EU-funded consortium for the 2030 horizon.
